Marco Silva was wonderful to work with! This was my first home purchase, and I was nervous about the whole process to begin, but Marco was great about answering questions, explaining paperwork, and letting me take whatever time I needed to feel comfortable that I understood each step before moving on. I loved that he used DocuSign for getting paperwork in as it would have been very hard with my work schedule to do it all in a timely way otherwise! He was great at keeping me informed of any change or new information, and was very quick to respond whenever I needed to contact him. Marco seems to have a great relationship with all parties involved, from fellow real estate agents to the escrow company, and I think that his honest, respectful, and friendly way of working with others actually made the difference in our deal falling through or not! As a Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army I was looking at retiring in Kona after 30 years of serve in the military.
