Marco Silva exceeded expectations as our realtor. We were living on the mainland when he was helping us buy a home on the Big Island Hawaii. My husband came out a couple times to look at houses. Marco blocked out days of his time to show my husband the houses. He also showed him the areas we were interested in. He would go out of his way to show us where the schools, churches and famous sites were on the Island. When we were not here to look at houses he would go to the homes and take great video footage of the house and property. He was always there to help us when we had questions and would find out if he didn't know something. He was always kind and professional. He found us a great home! We came to our home during the corvid-19 Pandemic late at night. He was so thoughtful and generous and packed our refrigerator and tables full of food. It was an amazing site. I would highly recommend Marco Silva to anyone.

Marco was very friendly and professional. On our first visit he discussed with us our desire to sell, had we considered renting, and other options giving us the opportunity to think things through for ourselves before committing to sell, even suggesting we just live there and wait to list until we were ready to leave for the mainland. He was very helpful providing a stager at his cost, and getting a house cleaner, carpet cleaner, and a minor door repair taken care of so we didn't have to worry about it. Even allowed us leave items we were not taking with us, and disposed of the ones that they couldn't use for staging, or the next owner might not want making the whole process very easy for us.

I have purchased and sold many houses in my lifetime, but this was the first time I ever considered purchasing a property without seeing it in person. Marco was our eyes and ears and on a Sunday morning he drove to the property to video it so we could get a idea of what we were interested in buying. He was with us every step of the process. We wound up purchasing this beautiful property that would have been sold quickly to someone else if it weren't for Marco. In today's time you have to work with someone you can totally trust and Marco is your guy. He is truly a real estate professional with Aloha.

Marco is friendly, professional and great to work with. He came to our first visit prepared and armed with all the information we needed about our property, our neighborhood, and the current real estate market. He made great recommendations but always reminded us that he was working for us and all the decisions were all ours. He was always available for phone calls and questions. He sold our house in a reasonable amount of time.

After we left Hawaii Marco kept the sale on track until closing. He was always there to answer questions and to take care of details that would pop up. We have used Marco for both a buyers agent and sellers agent.

Marco is very professional, and good to work with. He is very friendly, and listened to our needs very well, which is very important to me. We were able to narrow down a list of properties and visit them all in one day, all were viable candidates. Once we picked our spot, Marco helped us to get a good offer in and close quickly and easily. As we live on the mainland, this was more difficult than normal, but Marco handled it well. I did not rate Marco on Negotiation skills, as the property was also listed by his company, so he could not legally help us there. Marco explained the process to us concisely, and led us through the paperwork with ease. I would not hesitate to call him again should we need a Real Estate Agent again.

Marco is very helpful in every way. He is well informed about the surounding area of the property, as well as the property itselves. He always returnes your call instantly should you want more information. He is very familiar with all detailes concerning the property, a great negotiator for the price you want to invest. He knows of all the walkways should you want to stroll in the area. We have learned more about Kona, Hawaii than any turist information could tell us. We are so very happy that we have found Marco A. Silva to represent us to the seller, we could not have been served any better.

Marco did an excellent job from start to finish on the sale of our property, handling cosmetic remodeling and staging, presenting the property well in advertising and helping us set a realistic price. He was enthusiastic and patient even when leading us through the intricacies of local real estate law.

I really cannot say enough good things about Marco! He was so pleasant all the time, no matter how stressed I was on this or that topic. He provided valuable input about getting the house ready for sale, during the inspection process and during the very important closing process. He referred us to a number of very reliable contractors to solve the many little issues that need attention and I enjoyed meeting and working with the others who work with him and on his team.
