For instance, 1250 Oceanside LLC recently commenced the first phase of the Hokulia Shoreline Park. A multi-year project, creation of the Shoreline Park includes removing non-native vegetation, protecting significant archeological and cultural sites, creation of hiking trails, rest stops, picnic benches and scenic overlooks.
Construction has also been recently completed on a variety of member amenities. Designed by de Reus Architects, the stunning new amenities include an ocean view exercise and fitness pavilion with a three-lane lap pool and two new tennis courts. Other amenities include a spa and massage facility with an open-air yoga studio, a men’s and women’s golf lounge, locker-room, and pro shop.
